Cancellation Policy

A full credit card and expiration date are required for booking. To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us 24 hours before your reservation to avoid cancellation fees. After the 24-hour window, there is a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
